Thank you for entrusting us with your personal information. How we manage your personal information is described below.
Information Collected: Sanctity Capital Management and SafeMoneyMetrics™ are the sole owners of the information collected. To subscribe to monthly articles, index and ranking updates, users are asked for their name and email address. To be contacted by us, people are asked for their full name, address telephone number, type of account, service they are interested in, initial account size being considered, how they found us, who the actual referral is, or from what association.
Future Information Collected: Available are Investment guides, research analysis and risk management services, SafeMoneyMetrics™ ratios on a data base of advisors. Under certain circumstances, we use a third party service provider; probably paypal. The credit card and other information you provide is secure and protected under their Privacy Statements.
How We Use Information: We store information collected through log files and data-bases. the information is only used to disseminate information requested. We also use feedback to improve services.
Communication From the Sites: All new subscribers are sent a welcome e-mail to verify their subscription information.
NewsLetter: Monthly Articles and Advisor Ranking updates are sent when people request mini courses, register as an affiliate, or requested by the subscriber. Anyone can opt-out at any time. Sometimes we use a third party service provider. http://www.aweber.com.
Service Announcements: Service upgrades, new investment guides, anything useful is announced.
Customer Service: We communicate with people on a regular basis in reference to all services provided by Sanctity and SafeMoneyMetrics™.
Account Billing: Once a client elects private labrl risk, asset management, or trading manager services. Their account is billed monthly or quarterly. Every invoice is electronically sent to the client and Futures Commission Merchant where the client has their account.
The Sanctity Capital Management disclosure document has advisory agreements that are executed by each client when asset management, business development or trading manager services are used with SafeMoneyMetrics.
When only SMM is used, the client agreement is at this site under separate cover. Under both circumstances a client authorizes SafeMoneyMetrics™ to be compensated directly from their account by the Futures Commission Merchant.
Legal Disclaimer: At times, personal information may need to be disclosed when required by law when we have a good-faith "belief" that the action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our web site.
Third Party Intermediaries: We use a payment and auto-responder service provider. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.
Service Providers: We partner with futures industry services, such as trading advisors, clearing firms, data providers. Under these circumstances, when people become clients, it is necessary to share names with these people. These people are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Opt-Out Services: Anyone can choose to buy a product or subscribe to a service, yet NOT receive our newsletter or other communication.
Links: Be aware that our site has links to other sites. We encourage our audience to carefully read the private statement for every site they contact through us. Chat Rooms, Message Boards, and Public forums: Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, that information can be collected and used by others and you may receive unsolicited messages.
